It was great having Mark Knopfler (Dire Straits fame) totally packing Studio 2 out for a few weeks at the end of March in preparation for his European leg of his world tour this spring.
Disco and electronic music legend Giorgio Moroder came to Sarm Music Bank to rehearse ahead of his ‘Celebration of the 80s’ tour across Europe! Here he is, posing next to some of the artwork in Studio 2.
Last month we had Take That take over Studio 1 & 2 in preparation for their Odyssey Tour throughout the UK. Whilst they were with us, they tried their hand at some alternative dances moves… watch here.
Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming ABC through our doors, alongside the Southbank Sinfonia. ABC had a few days rehearsing with the core band in Studio 3 before moving up the Studio 1 for full orchestral rehearsal with the wonderful Southbank Sinfonia. It’s always great welcoming these two exceptional acts into our studios!

Music Bank are pleased to continue the stock of our famous ‘Fuck Cancer’ t-shirts in support of Cancer Research UK. The idea with these shirts is to help raise awareness of the horribly destructive disease, and of course all proceeds go to Cancer Research UK to help them continue the excellent work they do.
